The AutoPilot IntelliCheck is an extremly un intrusive way to monitor WebLogic. Arcturus IntelliCheck technology is designed from ground up to be least intrusive and high performance. Arcturus IntelliCheck has negligible overhead. The overhead in most cases is so low that it is almost unmeassurable. With AutoPilot IntelliCheck you don't need to set any threasholds. IntelliCheck uses in built AutoPilot knowledge base to determine what conditions can cause outages or reduction in performance.
IntelliCheck is an integral part of AutoPilot and will be executed by AutoPilot as and when needed. There is no need to run it manually.
IntelliCheck generates a report every time it encounters a property value that is not in healthy zone. IntelliCheck report can be seen by going to "Show Detector Results".
To view IntelliCheck/Detector results:
Click AutoPilot Detector > Show Detector Results.
Select the criteria pertaining to the areas you want to examine using the drop down boxes. These drop down boxes include:
Server
MBean Type
Name
Time Period
Date Range (Optional; used only when "Time Period" is set to "Custom" Otherwise, this option is disabled. See Step Three below.)
If you want to specify a specific Date Range, click the Custom Dates option from the Time Period drop-down. This allows you to click inside the From and To text boxes, displaying a calendar from which you can select the date range by clicking dates directly on the calendar.
