The Tuning Reports provide a look at the performance of your WebLogic system before it was tuned with AutoPilot and after it was tuned.
This report shows a particular tunable's performance before and after tuning was performed ie if Threads are tuned in a particular session then this shows the results of threads tuning in the beginning and end of that Threads tuning session.
This report shows your overall WebLogic performance before and after tuning a particular tunable is tuned ie if Threads are tuned in a particular session then this report shows the queue size before the tuning started and after it was completed for all the tunables.
